Shengzhou Siming Neckwear Co., Ltd. has started organizing employees' to get a health screening in the hospital every spring since 2017, although this year's screening was canceled due to the impact of COVID-19. During the recent screening in the past 3 years, we've found 5 employees with hidden diseases. Particularly, one male employee at silk necktie making mill was found early stage of stomach cancer. He then has been treated properly and now in a good state after cure.
This annual activity not only represents our social responsibility but also shows employees' sense of belongings to the company as their home, under this pandemic when international order and employees' salary decrease but employees still stick with the company getting over the challenge together.
